- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Welcome to Nazi Germany, right smack dab in the middle of Arizona. I was falsely accused of a crime, and my constitutional rights were completely denied by this court. I never thought that a court could be so corrupt! I tried to present multiple pieces of evidence that would have proved beyond a shadow of a doubt that I was innocent, but only the prosecution got to present anything in the case because they refused to provide a public defender for me. I have appealed this corrupt decision and will take this case to the Supreme Court unless some other court corrects this travesty of justice. The prosecutor is so corrupt I have audio evidence of her telling me the court case that was decided in 1953 which entitled anyone to defense council when they can't afford it. I'm not sure if more courts are guilty of using loopholes in the constitution, but this prosecutor, and every other employee of this court willingly and knowingly not abide by the constitution of the Unites States of America!By James Mitchell, September 26, 2017
